Kollaboration is a national organization and we have a vast network across 14 cities and counting. We are fueled by our carefully selected and dedicated volunteers who are passionate about performing arts and making an impact in the entertainment industry.

Join a Team

Artist Development:
Similar to an A&R department at a record label, the Artist Development team is responsible for managing the city’s roster of artists, overseeing their artistic development, and understanding the current and upcoming entertainment trends. They are responsible for scouting new talent, and being the primary liaison for all the artists. The team works closely with the production and marketing team to promote artists at various Kollaboration events.  

Business Development:
This team builds a strategy to create business opportunities for Kollaboration. Business development is in charge of sourcing monetary donations, grants, and sponsorships through building relationships with other organizations and corporations. We’ve acquired sponsorships from Nielsen, Verizon, McDonald’s, Marvel, and other Fortune 500 companies. Are you someone who enjoys networking, sales, and growing a business? Work with us!

Campus Affairs:
The Campus Affairs team is responsible for connecting Kollaboration with the college demographic and ensure that we are engaged with a number of different campuses to market the movement and inspire the next generation of leadership. Campus ambassadors will work with student organizations to source volunteers, produce on-campus events, and stay in tune with the interests of students.

Creative:
This team is the creative genius reinforcing the Kollaboration brand in San Francisco through the production of multimedia outlets - photography, videography, web. The team will work with Marketing to create various campaigns and media content to promote the show and community activities and strengthen the Kollaboration brand. Interested in building your creative portfolio? Calling all videographers (filming & editing), photographers, and bloggers. We have multiple projects that you can work on.  

Marketing:
The role of Marketing is to ensure Kollaboration is effectively advertised and clearly understood among our target demographics. The team’s responsibility is to maximize promotion via various marketing channels such as social media, website, PR contacts, and events. Production: 
The Production team is the main event planning arm of Kollaboration. The team’s job is to oversee all the components of executing a successful Kollaboration event, including marketing, artist and stage management, funding, and logistics.
